📋 Description

• Own the inbound funnel end to end, from first visibility to the lead in the CRM • Carry inbound lead targets agreed with the founding team • Manage on-page and technical SEO, including site structure, internal linking, structured data and page performance • Run link building through digital PR, industry publications, partner and customer pages, guest contributions, and HR/Global Mobility media • Build premote’s brand authority through consistent naming, author profiles, expert positioning, structured data, entity signals, and review/directory platforms such as G2, Capterra and OMR Reviews • Manage visibility in ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, including the sources used in their answers • Work directly in the code of the fully self-hosted website using Claude Code and Claude Design • Continue developing the self-hosted content engine on OpenClaw for case studies, one-pagers and sales material • Drive international growth beyond Germany through the website and content • Publish social media content on the company account • Publish SEO content regularly, including topic planning, briefings and updating existing pages • Help plan physical events and webinars • Track inbound leads, organic traffic and rankings, referring domains and link quality, branded search volume, AI share of voice, and sales materials/case studies shipped and used

🎯 Requirements

• Deep SEO skills across the whole discipline: technical, on-page, content and off-page • A real (own) point of view on brand authority and entity signals, and on why some domains get cited in AI answers while others do not • Black belt in Claude, Claude Code and Claude Design; daily usage • Fluent with Search Console, GA4, and a crawler and backlink suite such as Ahrefs, Semrush or Sistrix • Experience in B2B marketing, ideally SaaS, HR tech, payroll or global mobility • Excellent English, the primary content language • Very good German • Strong feel for storytelling and precisely showing strengths • Independent, structured way of working and real drive • Nice to have: social media expertise, video production experience, event operations experience
