• Own global subscriber P&L including metrics like NRR and churn • Drive monthly-to-quarterly-to-annual subscription migration • Implement best practices to reduce churn • Build cross-sell engine for subscriber growth • Embed AI in retention functions for better data-driven decisions
🎯 Requirements
• Scale credentials with minimum $50M ARR or 250,000+ active subscribers • AI-native experience • Demonstrable retention impact • Hands-on platform depth across modern retention stack • Subscription DTC fluency • Creative leadership • Comfortable with cohort analysis, LTV modelling, and payback math • Builder's mindset • Strong communication skills
