📋 Description

• Design and deliver user-facing features using React and TypeScript • Own the full feature journey from UX shaping through implementation, launch, and validation with A/B experimentation • Develop backend features using Python/Django • Improve the codebase and workflows across frontend, backend, and mobile • Collaborate with Design, Product, and Data to ideate, test, and validate user-facing experiences • Analyze metrics, formulate hypotheses, evaluate experiment results, and iterate based on impact • Balance fast delivery with long-term stability and avoid unnecessary complexity • Maintain high standards for code quality and teamwork • Support teammates' growth through collaboration, feedback, and good engineering practices

🎯 Requirements

• Forefront user of Agentic AI, with hands-on experience using AI beyond code generation • Ability to exercise judgment for architecture, business logic, and security when using AI • Ability to set up quality gates and safety nets for engineering workflows and propose AI-native alternatives • Primarily front-end focused full-stack expertise, with approximately 70% front-end and 30% back-end work • Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS • Expertise or exposure to Python, Java, Node.js, Ruby, Ruby on Rails, PHP, or Golang • Familiarity with key architectural concepts and ability to contribute to reliable, efficient services at scale • Ability to solve challenges independently • Effective communication in English at B2 level or higher • Ownership of work quality and outcomes, thoughtful technical decision-making, engineering-practice improvement, knowledge sharing, and constructive feedback
