📋 Description

• Build and lead the Program Office function from the ground up • Define governance, standards, and best practices for program management • Partner with senior leadership to prioritize and execute strategic initiatives • Oversee team and ensure delivery of complex, multi-workstream projects • Implement reporting and metrics to track progress and outcomes • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with C-suite and Board-level executives • Identify client needs and connect them with the right Press Ganey resources for maximum impact • Direct and mentor engagement teams, ensuring delivery excellence and alignment with client objectives • Lead innovation efforts within Consulting, expanding methodologies, tools, and technology • Develop proposals, budgets, and project plans that align with client goals and deliver measurable outcomes • Drive incremental consulting and product sales through strategic relationship-building and integrated solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in healthcare consulting, strategy, or related leadership roles • Proven experience in executive-level relationship management and strategic advisory • Strong background in experience measurement and management, with expertise in behavioral science practices • Demonstrated success in large-scale client implementations across multiple healthcare business lines • Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders • Significant knowledge of healthcare industry trends, with experience from both provider and health plan perspectives strongly preferred • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
