📋 Description
• Oversee existing AI Outbound Agent and customer acquisition efforts • Design and execute targeted cold email campaigns • Manage and segment lead lists for AI targeting • Analyze AI performance and provide recommendations • Architect new AI agents for lifecycle marketing • Develop retention strategies leveraging AI
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in customer lifecycle marketing roles • Hands-on experience using AI tools (LLMs, agents, or automation platforms) • Strong Excel and SQL skills • Proficiency in email platforms (e.g., SmartLead, Customer.io) • Excellent copywriting skills • Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking
