📋 Description

• Optimize sales and profitability. • Develop and maintain relationships with producers (growers) and sales representatives. • Support sales of PRIDE Seeds products. • Work in collaboration with the Regional Sales Director to promote and sell PRIDE Seeds products. • Use digital tools and resources to drive sales. • Promote branding and marketing programs to the dealer network. • Collaborate with industry influencers and media to keep them informed about PRIDE Seeds' key products, technologies, and offerings, and become a trusted agronomy resource during the growing season. • Manage a comprehensive strip trial program year-round in collaboration with plot collaborators, following product development guidelines. • Participate in trial planning, planting, harvesting, data collection, and product observations. • Use AgReliant Genetics data entry platforms to manage trial sites, plantings, data collection, and product performance. • Assist dealers in implementing their sales plans. • Fully support dealers in developing producer-specific strategies and proposing solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in agriculture or agronomy. • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in agronomy, preferably in the seed industry. • Member of the Ordre des agronomes du Québec (OAQ).
