📋 Description

• Own the integrations roadmap and prioritize enterprise systems to connect • Decide whether to build, partner, or use a platform for each integration • Own the public API and developer experience, including resource design, versioning, pagination, error semantics, rate limiting, webhooks, documentation, and sandbox • Define data contracts and canonical models for employee, schedule, time, demand, and payroll data • Turn repeated custom integration work into reusable platform capabilities, including connectors, mapping and transformation tooling, sync monitoring, and self-serve configuration • Own authentication, authorization, tenancy, PII handling, and compliance posture • Reduce deployment time-to-first-value and feed deployment friction into the roadmap • Make integration health a product feature through observability, reconciliation, data quality signals, and clear failure states • Write specifications, run API reviews, test in staging, debug production sync issues, and work directly with customer IT teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5–9+ years of Product Management experience • Meaningful experience with technical or platform products such as APIs, data pipelines, or integrations • Demonstrated ownership of a public or partner-facing API • Fluency with REST, event-driven integrations, webhooks, polling, batch, streaming, ETL/ELT, idempotency, retries, backfills, and reconciliation • Ability to read schemas, write queries, inspect payloads, and reason about data quality • Working knowledge of OAuth 2.0, SAML/SSO, SCIM, encryption, role-based access, and audit logging • Experience integrating enterprise systems of record such as HCM, payroll, WFM, or ERP; Workday, UKG, ADP, SAP, Oracle, Ceridian, Kronos, or equivalents are a strong plus • Track record shipping products to enterprise customers with long deployment cycles, IT stakeholders, and security reviews • Extreme attention to detail and ability to grasp complex business processes and industry context • Strong written and oral communication with internal and external stakeholders, including customer engineering and IT teams • Ability to work full-time on a schedule aligned with EST or PST hours • BA/BS or MA/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience is asked about in the application, but not stated as a formal job requirement
