🎯 Requirements

• At least one year of customer support experience • Experience with DTC, subscription, or supplement brands is a plus • Clear, friendly, and professional written English • Reliable availability for agreed rotating shifts, including some nights and weekends • Flexibility to adjust working hours based on customer-support coverage needs • Stable internet, a backup connection, and a quiet workspace • Calm and proactive problem-solving • Ability to take ownership and communicate clearly under pressure • Ability to work independently without constant supervision • Ability to follow SOPs and brand guidelines • Ability to maintain accurate records and escalate complex cases
