🎯 Requirements

• A strong technical background with 5+ years of hands-on development experience. • 2+ years in a leadership role, managing engineering teams, overseeing development processes, and driving technical decisions. • Experience in customer facing systems is desired. • Hands-on experience with cloud services and infrastructure, preferably AWS. • Ability to shape and adapt team processes and ways of working to align with the team needs. • Proven ability to mentor engineers by providing technical guidance, fostering critical thinking, and enhancing decision-making skills. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with non-technical stakeholders and external business partners. • Proven ability to lead initiatives from inception to successful delivery, collecting business requirements and converting them into actionable technical ones.
