📋 Description

• Prospect and contact potential shipping customers to build client relationships • Quote, book, and manage shipments from pickup through delivery • Negotiate rates with carriers and customers • Track loads and communicate proactively with shippers and carriers • Complete shipment documentation and resolve transit issues as they arise

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation (required) • An existing or transferable book of business, or demonstrated ability to build one • Working knowledge of freight brokerage operations and carrier negotiation • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills • Background in customer service and account management
