📋 Description

• Perform accounting entries and integrations • Perform account reconciliations • Prepare balance sheet schedules and other working papers • Issue and post accounting reports • Close the annual financial statements and allocate dividends to partners • Prepare and file the annual DEFIS, ECD, and ECF tax obligations • Calculate IRPJ and CSLL under the Actual Profit regime • File online Daily Journals with JUCESP • Request, screen, and organize documents online and/or in physical form • Provide support to external and internal clients • Participate in meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old • Reside in the State of São Paulo • Have proven experience in the field • Have completed or be pursuing a degree in Accounting • Hands-on attitude and proactivity • Attention to detail • Autonomy and a sense of urgency when working with deadlines • Willingness and ability to address questions from employees and management • Knowledge of Phoenix Accounting – Contmatic • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
