• Lead AI enablement across Primer • Act as the senior connective tissue between AI and every function • Drive adoption through leaders, not around them • Scale AI-powered ways of working • Own Claude adoption and AI knowledge-sharing • Maximise value from Primer’s AI tooling • Keep Primer ahead of the curve • Shape and execute Primer’s AI strategy • Scale AI responsibly • Build lasting AI literacy • Measure business impact
🎯 Requirements
• 3-6 years of relevant experience • Experience in AI enablement, operations, transformation, change management, strategy, or a high-growth technology environment. • Deep, practical AI fluency • Proven change leadership • Executive-level stakeholder management • High-agency coaching mindset • Structured, analytical thinking • High ambition and bias for action • Nice to have: Prompt engineering expertise • BI or data tooling experience • B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments context • Programme management experience
