📋 Description

• Work closely with the growing sales team to identify merchant pain points • Consult with merchants on the value of Primer and how it addresses their pain points • Provide technical expertise to the sales team in business development • Translate business requirements into technical solutions • Translate complex technical concepts into simple language • Drive client engagements through discovery sessions, solution design workshops, product demos, and developer Q&As • Collaborate with the Product team to identify feature enhancements and new features based on market learning • Act as a technical advisor to merchants and help guide technical strategy • Ensure integrations are robust and scalable

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in a merchant facing role with a complex API product, ideally in payments • Confidence and ease in leading discovery sessions and working with technical counterparts at some of the largest merchants • Deep interest or knowledge about tech • Ability to understand, explain, and design complex technical specifications • Creativity and improvisational skills • Great communication & presentation skills • Ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Collaborative approach when working with clients, partners, Product, Engineering, and Sales • Drive and motivation • Ability to get things done and make an impact • Experience working in a fast-paced and scaling environment
