📋 Description

• Join Our Team! We're Hiring a Spanish-English Bilingual Interviewer on a Per Need Basis. • We're looking for individuals with a background in high volume recruitment, particularly in BPO or call center environments. • The ideal candidate will primarily involve assessing the Spanish and English language skills of our candidates. • Ensure timely hiring of 25 Spanish Bilingual CSR or Outbound Sales Representatives per week. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate assessments and interviews conducted.

🎯 Requirements

• Native Spanish speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English. • Proven experience in conducting interviews or language assessments, preferably in a bilingual environment. • Strong understanding of Spanish and English language proficiency levels and assessment criteria. • Ability to provide detailed feedback and recommendations for improvement in both verbal and written formats. • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with remote interview platforms is a plus.
