📋 Description

• Develop and execute a marketing calendar covering email campaigns, social media, blog content, and lead-generation offers • Write and edit website copy, case studies, service one-pagers, and email newsletters explaining technical IT/MSP services • Manage the company website, social media accounts, and marketing automation/CRM tools • Coordinate co-op marketing funds and joint campaigns with technology vendors and distributors • Support sales with collateral, proposal templates, and pipeline nurture campaigns • Plan and coordinate trade shows, webinars, and local networking/community events • Manage online reputation, client review generation, and testimonial collection • Track and report marketing KPIs to leadership • Maintain brand consistency across client- and prospect-facing materials

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience • 2+ years of marketing experience • B2B, technology, or MSP/IT services industry experience strongly preferred • Proficiency with email marketing and CRM/marketing automation platforms • Strong writing and editing skills, including translating technical concepts for business audiences • Experience with website content management systems such as WordPress • Experience with basic graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Express • Working knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools • Familiarity with MSP/IT industry vendors, peer groups, or co-op marketing programs is a nice-to-have • Experience with MSP PSA/CRM platforms such as ConnectWise, Autotask, or HubSpot is a nice-to-have • Basic understanding of SEO principles and paid digital advertising such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads is a nice-to-have • Applicants should be equipment ready with a laptop, headset, etc. • Must be available for Eastern Timezone night shift in the Philippines • Background check required before the job offer stage
