📋 Description

• Execute compliance procedures and enforce policy governance to validate regulatory requirements. • Lead project management efforts for Compliance initiatives. • Represent the Compliance Department on complex contracts and cross-functional projects. • Collect, prepare, and maintain records for reporting to compliance stakeholders. • Serve as subject matter expert within Compliance and develop solutions to compliance problems. • Research and interpret laws and regulatory issues impacting compliance; document findings and escalate as necessary.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related area of study, or equivalent experience; HS diploma or GED required. • 5 years of progressive work experience in legal or compliance roles for a healthcare or PBM organization, or other highly regulated industry, including experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and the ACA. • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship. • Experience with managing compliance investigations or incident response, supporting compliance education and reporting, including Microsoft SharePoint and 365 apps. • Exceptional written and oral communication skills. • Complete understanding of effective compliance program principles and industry best practices. • Ability to effectively present complex information to a wide variety of audiences. • Enhanced organizational skills to work on multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong analytical skills.
