📋 Description

• Develop and lead the internal audit function for the organization • Plan and conduct compliance, financial and operational audits • Maintain and strengthen a world-class internal control environment • Direct the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program • Oversee risk assessment, audit planning, and execution of audit plans • Foster a culture of proactive risk management across the organization • Communicate audit reports and recommendations to executive leadership • Develop and execute a comprehensive SSAE SOC1 audit plan

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related area of study • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) • 15 years' work experience in business or finance including 8 years PBM or healthcare experience • 10 years of leadership/people management experience • Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
