📋 Description

• Responsible for the generation and processing SBA 7(a), 504, and Express loans specifically for healthcare professionals for Panacea Financial. • Originate SBA 7(a), 504, and Express loans for healthcare professionals. • Develop and maintain referral relationships with COIs. • Act as a trusted advisor on financing strategies. • Achieve or exceed SBA loan production goals. • Collaborate with underwriting, credit, and closing teams. • Guide healthcare borrowers through loan structures and eligibility requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field; advanced degree or professional certifications a plus. • 5+ years SBA lending experience with a proven track record in healthcare lending (DDS, MD, DVM). • Strong knowledge of SBA 7(a) and 504 loan structures, eligibility, and SOP compliance. • Demonstrated ability to build referral networks in the healthcare industry. • Experience partnering with internal banking teams and serving as an in-house product expert.
