📋 Description

• Lead the technical delivery of projects from design through implementation and transition • Coordinate and direct infrastructure, network, security, cloud, and platform SMEs • Ensure technical teams understand dependencies, milestones, risks, and delivery expectations • Facilitate technical workshops, design reviews, implementation planning sessions, and technical decision-making • Resolve cross-functional technical issues and escalate where necessary • Ensure implementations align with approved HLD, LLD, architecture standards, and security requirements • Maintain technical integrity throughout the project lifecycle • Review and approve technical deliverables from SMEs and third-party vendors • Liaise between project teams, architects, operations teams, and vendors • Develop and maintain technical delivery plans across workstreams • Identify dependencies, sequencing requirements, resource needs, and environmental prerequisites • Coordinate infrastructure testing, network validation, OAT, disaster recovery testing, security validation, and performance/resilience testing • Identify technical risks and mitigation strategies • Manage technical issues affecting timelines, quality, or operational readiness • Provide technical status updates to the Project Manager and governance forums • Support project escalation and decision-making processes • Prepare technical implementation plans and Methods of Procedure (MOPs) • Coordinate technical change requests through CAB processes • Validate rollback procedures and recovery plans • Ensure controlled and auditable deployment activities • Engage support teams early in the project lifecycle • Coordinate operational documentation, runbooks, knowledge articles, and support procedures • Verify monitoring, alerting, backup, resilience, and support requirements • Obtain operational acceptance before go-live • Produce technical delivery plans, design reviews, implementation and migration plans, change requests and MOPs, risk and dependency registers, test plans and evidence, operational readiness assessments, transition documentation, and go-live recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of infrastructure, cloud, network, or platform engineering experience • 3+ years leading technical delivery of complex enterprise projects • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams comprising infrastructure, network, security, cloud, application, and supplier resources • Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale Microsoft-based solutions from design through implementation and transition to support • Experience working within regulated environments with strong governance, security, and change-management requirements • Experience managing technical dependencies, risks, issues, and implementation planning across multiple workstreams • Experience working with third-party service providers and managed service partners • Technical planning and workstream management • Cross-functional stakeholder management • Workshop facilitation and technical decision making • Technical risk assessment and mitigation • Service transition and operational readiness planning • Vendor and supplier coordination • Technical documentation and executive reporting • Experience with Microsoft Azure Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Network Engineer, or Azure Security Engineer certification • ITIL Foundation or ITIL Managing Professional • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and automation tooling • Enterprise networking fundamentals, including WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, Internet, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and load balancing • Hybrid cloud architecture and connectivity • Datacentre and cloud migration projects • Infrastructure resiliency and disaster recovery solutions • Enterprise monitoring and operational support models • Technology lifecycle and platform governance • Ability to lead without direct authority • Strong organisational and coordination skills • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capability • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language • Strong communication skills across executive, project, operational, and technical audiences • Focus on delivery, accountability, and operational excellence
