📋 Description
• Analyze overall and category-level customer performance • Lead the planning and negotiation of annual and seasonal plans with customers • Prepare presentations and lead part of the trade negotiations for each customer • Ensure the execution and operation of plans at customer locations • Provide the merchandising team with all actions negotiated for the following month, at the company registration number (CNPJ) level • Evaluate the return on investment of negotiated trade initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in Trade Marketing • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields • Analytical and organized profile • Understanding of commercial dynamics and close collaboration with the Sales team • Proactive, curious, and agile • Advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills • Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
