📋 Description
• Analyze overall and category-level performance for clients • Lead the planning and negotiation of annual and seasonal plans with clients • Prepare presentations and lead portions of trade negotiations for each client • Ensure execution/implementation of plans at the client level • Communicate to the merchandising team all negotiated actions for the following month at the CNPJ (tax ID) level • Evaluate the return on investment of negotiated trade levers
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in Trade Marketing • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related fields • Analytical and organized mindset • Understanding of commercial dynamics and close collaboration with the sales team • Proactive, curious and agile • Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills • Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
