📋 Description

• Identify emerging creators, micro-influencers, and niche community brands across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Discord, and podcasts with an eye on sports and fantasy culture • Contact identified partners and manage inbound interest from creators and their representatives. • Negotiate deal terms with potential partners to bring them into the PrizePicks affiliate program. • Track performance of partnerships through key metrics and organize data into clear recaps for internal review. • Stay tapped in to the daily rhythm of the sports world; anticipating who’s trending, what’s going viral, and how that might translate into future partner opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• BA degree • 1-3y experience at a marketing agency, in-house digital product or creator/sports management. • Fluency with spreadsheet and presentation software • Fluency with basic enterprise software tools (Slack, Tableau, etc.) • Passion for closing good deals that benefit creators and PrizePicks business. • Passion for sports, sports culture and social trends
