📋 Description

• Collaborate with sales and solution consultants to understand clients' challenges, workflows, and business objectives. • Discuss in detail the configurations required for custom demo workflows that reflect real use cases aligned with the industry and client requirements. • Configure customized demo presentations using low-code technology so they align with client needs based on detailed requirements. • Ensure demo data, automations, and user interface components provide a realistic user experience. • Create reusable demo components, templates, and workflows to streamline future presentations. • Provide technical support for client questions and inquiries. • Collaborate with product and solution consulting teams to refine demo capabilities and address client questions.

🎯 Requirements

• More than one year of documented experience as a presales engineer / junior business analyst / customer support specialist / business development representative, etc. • Experience working with systems such as CRM, marketing automation, and workflow systems. • Basic English language skills. • Analytical skills. • Ability to work independently and good planning/organizational skills. • Familiarity with the Zoho environment.
