⢠Collaborate with sales and solution consultants to understand clients' challenges, workflows, and business objectives. ⢠Discuss in detail the configurations required for custom demo workflows that reflect real use cases aligned with the industry and client requirements. ⢠Configure customized demo presentations using low-code technology so they align with client needs based on detailed requirements. ⢠Ensure demo data, automations, and user interface components provide a realistic user experience. ⢠Create reusable demo components, templates, and workflows to streamline future presentations. ⢠Provide technical support for client questions and inquiries. ⢠Collaborate with product and solution consulting teams to refine demo capabilities and address client questions.
⢠More than one year of documented experience as a presales engineer / junior business analyst / customer support specialist / business development representative, etc. ⢠Experience working with systems such as CRM, marketing automation, and workflow systems. ⢠Basic English language skills. ⢠Analytical skills. ⢠Ability to work independently and good planning/organizational skills. ⢠Familiarity with the Zoho environment.
