β’ Visit key account customers regularly to maintain relationships and ensure customer satisfaction β’ Follow up on open quotes and assist in closing sales opportunities β’ Identify opportunities for additional services, repairs, PM agreements, upgrades, and facility solutions β’ Assist customers with service concerns and help coordinate resolutions internally β’ Work closely with Key Account Managers, Dispatch, Branch Managers, and Operations Teams β’ Represent Pro-Serv professionally at customer locations β’ Help identify customer needs and communicate them internally β’ Review customer concerns, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement β’ Assist with customer retention and long-term relationship development β’ Maintain detailed notes and communication updates within company systems β’ Support growth initiatives across all Pro-Serv divisions
β’ Strong communication and relationship-building skills β’ Professional appearance and attitude β’ Self-motivated and organized β’ Ability to work independently and manage schedule efficiently β’ Strong follow-up and customer service skills β’ Sales or account management experience preferred β’ Experience in commercial service industries is a plus β’ Basic understanding of HVAC, Refrigeration, Cooking Equipment, or Facility Services preferred β’ Valid driverβs license required
