📋 Description

• You take project ownership for implementation and update projects • As the person responsible for scope, schedule, budget and quality, you confidently lead projects through all phases • By consistently managing status, scope and change requests, you ensure robust decision-making and transparent progress • In communication with client organizations and executive management, you secure clear alignments and committed next steps • Using the Proalpha project methodology, you strengthen structure, transparency and reliability throughout the entire process

🎯 Requirements

• Qualification in project management; a recognized certification is desirable • Experience leading complex projects, preferably in ERP or software environments • Experience and process understanding in manufacturing across different departments, with confident use of project management tools • Structured and decisive working style with a clear focus on on-time and on-budget delivery • Excellent German skills and good English skills for communication in an international environment
