• As a member of the Production team, you will support our customers with functional and technical questions related to Proalpha ERP. • You will work on varied topics in the production environment and actively shape your area of specialization. • Through your analyses and close collaboration with customers and internal departments, you will ensure stable and efficient business processes. • There is also the potential to develop into a team facilitation/leadership role over time.
• Completed degree or vocational training in a technical or business-related field • Initial experience with ERP software and customer support; interest in production/manufacturing processes • Technical understanding, confident use of IT systems and modern software solutions, strong analytical skills • Service-oriented and structured working style, strong communication skills, initiative, and enjoyment of varied tasks • Very good German language skills for confident communication with customers and internal departments; English skills are an advantage
