📋 Description

• As a Senior Controller within the Group FP&A team, you act as a sparring partner for central corporate functions and take responsibility for group-wide controlling processes • You are responsible for planning and forecasting processes in defined business areas, including analysis, consolidation and commentary • In close collaboration with R&D, Product Management, Marketing, People & Culture and subsidiaries, you manage budgets and performance • You further develop management reports, KPI dashboards and analyses for executive management and investors • You produce ad-hoc analyses and decision support for strategic initiatives, investments and M&A, and develop scenarios for cloud growth • You actively contribute to the further development of FP&A processes, the rollout of a cloud-based planning tool and the establishment of group-wide controlling standards

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Financial Mathematics or a related field • Several years of professional experience in FP&A, Controlling or Corporate Finance, ideally in a technology-driven company or within a SaaS environment • Strong analytical skills and numeracy, advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, experience with planning tools, good understanding of business models and processes, and confident stakeholder management across functions and in project environments • Independent, structured working style and strong team orientation • Very good German and good English for communication in an international environment
