📋 Description

• Administer and maintain the monitoring platform (Zabbix), ensuring availability, performance and continuous improvement; • Instrument and configure monitoring for infrastructure, applications, networks and databases; • Build and maintain operational and executive dashboards (Zabbix and Grafana); • Define and evolve intelligent alert rules to reduce noise and improve operational efficiency; • Correlate metrics, logs and events to provide an integrated view of environments; • Define and track SLIs, SLOs and reliability indicators; • Automate monitoring processes and provisioning via scripts and API integrations; • Support incident handling and initial troubleshooting, with SLA monitoring; • Collaborate with Cloud, SRE, Infrastructure, Database and Security teams to advance observability maturity;

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field; • Proven experience in observability and monitoring of critical environments; • Analytical mindset with the ability to correlate data and solve complex problems; • Strong communication skills to work with technical teams and business stakeholders;
