📋 Description

• Analyze real chatbot conversations, identify comprehension failures, and adjust dialogue flows • Contribute to improving the knowledge base • Collaborate with product, technology, and customer support teams • Organize and categorize user feedback to drive continuous bot improvement • Prepare performance reports for the chatbot • Organize and update the generative chatbot's knowledge base • Use generative AI for curation, rewriting, and standardization of content

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field • Experience analyzing chatbot conversations or digital customer service interactions • Experience producing written content with a focus on clarity and communication • Experience with digital tools for organizing information and content • Experience with low-code platforms such as IBM Watson Assistant or similar • Experience in UX writing or conversational design • Experience using generative AI in a professional context • Experience structuring technical content (e.g., JSON or knowledge bases) • Experience analyzing support or user experience data • Experience working in academic or digital educational environments
