📋 Description

• You work on challenging, agile projects in the areas of Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service. • You take on work packages such as requirements analysis, process design, solution concepting, SAP customizing, testing, and training (including conducting workshops). • You are responsible for implementing solutions for our clients. • You are willing to take on (partial) project management responsibilities. • You also contribute to business development, proposal preparation, and presentations. • Act as Solution Architect for existing (customer and in-house) solutions migrating to the new SAP architecture.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree or equivalent qualification. • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, combined with methodological experience and a pronounced ability to structure complex topics. • More than 3 years of experience in comparable roles. • Solid expert knowledge in requirements and process analysis and implementation based on SAP SD/MM. • Experience with at least one SAP logistics module (SD, MM, WM, EWM). • Familiarity with the configuration options of the relevant modules and their extensibility through customer-specific development of the SAP standard. • Basic ABAP knowledge — ability to analyze programs. • Hands-on attitude, eagerness to develop professionally, and ability to quickly get up to speed on new topics and tasks. • Good communication and interpersonal skills, especially teamwork and a "passion for customers", entrepreneurial thinking, and ability to work independently. • Confident communication in German and English. • Willingness to travel as required (mainly within Germany and Switzerland).
