📋 Description

• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test data based on requirements. • Perform functional, non-functional, and regression testing across software releases. • Use proprietary tools to validate conversational flows and confirm AI responses meet expected standards. • Log, track, and manage defects through to resolution. • Maintain accurate testing documentation and contribute to process improvement. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support smooth, timely, and high-quality releases. • Help strengthen testing standards, procedures, and best practices across the function. • Uphold a culture of respect, fairness, safety, privacy, and compliance in all interactions and work practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software testing • Experience with test management tools such as Jira and Zephyr • Exposure to automated testing tools • Strong understanding of software development methodologies • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail • Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Experience with Speech Recognition, Voice Biometrics, or Conversational AI is a plus.
