📋 Description

• You have direct influence on which vouchers and benefits our users experience daily — from availability to the breadth of the offering. • You manage benefit partners, bring new partners on board, and ensure our assortment grows and operates smoothly. • Inventory management is in your hands — you ensure voucher availability. • Assortment maintenance and product lifecycle management are part of your daily responsibilities. • You optimize purchasing and commission models in close coordination with the Group Head of Purchasing. • You actively contribute to the further development of processes and platform features. • You maintain and support existing benefit partners and act as their primary contact. • You independently screen and onboard new benefit partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or university degree — ideally with a commercial/business background • Analytical mindset and enjoyment of working with numbers and metrics • Confident presence and clear communication — internally and externally • German skills at a minimum C1 level and English at B2 level • Initial experience in category management or product management is a plus • Decisiveness and self-initiative
