• Support employees across Switzerland in all HR-related matters (coaching, conflict management, salary negotiations, contract drafting, promotions, and further training) • Strategic and operational sales planning and execution (revenue and cost planning and implementation) • Deliver practical training (online and in-person) for colleagues and customers (product application in theory and practice) • Develop sales strategies and activities, maintain customer relationships, and conduct sales negotiations • Further develop existing practical training concepts and create new training concepts • Provide consultation on pro clima products regarding planning and execution on-site with customers and planners, online, and at conferences and trade fairs • Independently create and edit content for our social media channels • Support the sales team with inquiries and training sessions at customer sites or internally • Participate in committees and associations and engage in networking • Conduct regular customer visits and site tours with sales colleagues and independently for existing customer care and new customer acquisition
• Successfully completed technical training and/or technician/carpenter master or equivalent degree/qualification in timber construction, engineering, business administration, or management • Leadership experience in small teams, excellent self-organization and team management skills • Preferably experience or knowledge in the sale of airtightness and external sealing materials, or other building envelope products • Confident presence and strong communication skills in Swiss German (Schwiizerdütsch), Standard German (High German), and French • Strong passion for sales leadership and for selling knowledge, quality, and service • Enjoy presenting and training as well as working in a team • Strong organizational skills, independence, and a reliable, results-oriented working style • Experience with CRM systems, common Office applications, and confident use of social media • Willingness to travel throughout Switzerland and to Germany
