📋 Description

• Identify and source new B2B leads using tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, or similar. • Manage data enrichment, cleaning, and deduplication processes to maintain list quality. • Create and maintain lead scoring models and segmentation logic for outreach prioritization. • Build and manage cold email campaigns through tools such as Instantly, Lemlist, or HubSpot Sequences. • Develop and A/B test copy, subject lines, and send schedules to maximize response and conversion rates. • Ensure deliverability best practices (domain warmup, DNS records, inbox rotation, etc.). • Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM to track lead progress, ensure data hygiene, and maintain automation flows. • Integrate scraping, enrichment, and email tools with HubSpot for seamless lead handoff and reporting. • Design automated workflows for moving leads through qualification and follow-up sequences. • Monitor KPIs such as open rates, reply rates, conversion to meeting, and pipeline value generated. • Create dashboards and weekly reports for leadership. • Continuously refine campaign performance based on analytics and insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in outbound marketing, demand generation, or sales operations. • Proven track record managing end-to-end outbound campaigns (prospecting CRM deal creation). • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM (required). • Experience with data scraping/enrichment tools (e.g., Clay, PhantomBuster, Apollo, ZoomInfo). • Proficiency in cold email platforms and deliverability management. • Analytical mindset with experience using spreadsheets and dashboards for reporting. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Comfortable working in fast-paced, growth-stage environments. • Experience in B2B ecommerce or SaaS (bonus). • Familiarity with marketing attribution tools (e.g., Triple Whale, GA4, or HubSpot analytics) (bonus). • Basic understanding of API integrations or tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or HubSpot workflows (bonus). • Copywriting skills for high-performing outbound email campaigns (bonus).
