📋 Description

• maintaining accurate docket records • managing critical deadlines • ensuring integrity of intellectual property portfolio management processes • reviewing and docketing U.S., international, and foreign patent and trademark correspondence • opening and closing matters and deadlines within the docketing system • coordinating client and matter transfers • assisting with patent renewals, maintenance fees, and annuity processes • providing docketing guidance, generating reports and queries • monitoring workflow, ensuring compliance with jurisdiction-specific requirements

🎯 Requirements

• at least 10 years of intellectual property prosecution and docketing experience • strong communication skills • comfortable exercising independent judgment • experience training and mentoring others • detail-oriented, analytical, and organized • ability to manage a high-volume workload • strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) • extensive knowledge of US and international patent and trademark prosecution procedures • experience with intellectual property docketing systems (FoundationIP preferred) • high school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
