📋 Description

• Lead QA strategy and design scalable automation frameworks across UI, API, and end-to-end testing • Build and maintain regression and functional test suites • Ensure quality gates within CI/CD pipelines • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into test scenarios and acceptance criteria • Validate end-to-end workflows and integrations across frontend, APIs, and backend systems, including orders, payments, and financial and transactional processes • Partner with stakeholders to support UAT, identify gaps, and align business, product, and engineering teams

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years in QA with a strong automation background • Hands-on experience with API testing (REST/SOAP) • Experience with UI automation tools: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright • Understanding of automation frameworks and test design patterns • Experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions • Experience in requirement analysis, functional validation, and writing user stories and acceptance criteria • Experience validating enterprise workflows, integrations, and financial/transactional processes • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Availability to work 11:00 am–7:00 pm local time to overlap with US hours • Poland location asked in application questionnaire
