📋 Description

• Contribute to quality processes across planning, development, and release stages of the SDLC • Use AI-assisted development tools to design, generate, validate, and maintain test assets at scale • Review and critically evaluate AI-generated test output before it enters the repo, catching false positives, coverage gaps, and brittle assertions • Collaborate with developers, product teams, and QA leadership to define quality standards and communicate risk clearly • Think beyond local scripts, understand how test solutions scale from 10 to 10,000 and architect accordingly • Adapt processes quickly in response to a changing product environment

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in software QA, testing or software development • Working knowledge of one or more programming languages, including JavaScript, Python, Java, C# or TypeScript • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Cypress, Playwright or similar) covering API and web UI testing • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with AI coding assistants and extract reliable, production-ready output • Quantifiable impact from past QA work (time saved, defect catch rate, coverage improvement) • Experience building or improving AI-assisted tooling (prompts, pipelines, generators) • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Proactive and curious approach - willing to learn and grow • Ability to think critically and adapt quickly in a changing environment • CI/CD integration of automated test suites (Nice to Have) • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments (Nice to Have)
