📋 Description

• Own the website strategy end-to-end and continuously optimize the site for conversion and performance • Design, scale, and maintain Contentful content models, fields, spaces, and environments • Manage structured content delivery using GraphQL/REST API queries, webhooks, and modern data-handling protocols • Build and maintain responsive, accessible, secure, and performant web experiences with Nuxt.js, Vue.js, Node.js, HTML5, and CSS3 • Integrate Contentful with HubSpot, web analytics solutions, AWS, Amazon CloudFront, S3, and Heroku • Enhance, scale, and maintain internal AI-powered automation tools using platforms such as OpenAI • Evaluate site health, user engagement, and marketing funnel performance using GA4, Hotjar, and data visualization tools • Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to maximize lead conversion rates • Monitor conversion rate, bounce rates, and form drop-off trends to identify and resolve conversion friction • Deploy and manage event tracking using Google Tag Manager and GA4 • QA new pages for tag firing, conversion pixel accuracy, and clean UTM parameters • Partner with Marketing Operations to maintain data flows from web touchpoints into CRMs, data platforms, and executive dashboards • Design and deliver CMS onboarding and training sessions • Provide technical support, documentation, troubleshooting, and governance for content contributors • Champion web publishing best practices, cross-browser compatibility, and digital asset efficiency • Implement technical SEO requirements with the SEO Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building performant, robust, responsive, and cross-browser compatible Server-Side Rendering (SSR) websites • Hands-on experience with Nuxt.js, Vue.js, Node.js, HTML5, and CSS3 • Direct experience configuring, managing, and querying headless CMS environments; Contentful strongly preferred • Fluent understanding of HTTP, JSON, REST, and GraphQL • Competency managing deployments and environments within AWS, S3, Amazon CloudFront, and Heroku • Experience with Git, Jira, and modern version control/project tracking tools • 5+ years of digital operations experience • At least 1–2 years managing content inside a headless CMS environment • Strong data-driven mindset • Excellent relationship-building skills across design and marketing teams • Ability to troubleshoot critical bugs under pressure with high autonomy • Already based in Spain
