📋 Description
• Communicating with stakeholders: Regular updates and addressing concerns. • Facilitating sprint planning: Aligning team’s capacity on goals. • Facilitate Backlog Refinement: Collaborating with Product Managers and Engineering. • Conducting daily stand-up meetings: Ensuring progress awareness and identifying roadblocks. • Proactively identifying and resolving organizational obstacles. • Monitoring progress and tracking metrics. • Facilitating sprint retrospectives for continuous improvement. • Cultivating and championing agile best practices.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM II/III), or equivalent Agile certification preferred • Proven track record of supporting complex software release cycles • Collaborating on AI or data-driven products • Advanced proficiency in Agile management tools (e.g., Jira, Notion) for workflow automation and reporting • Strong grasp of project management principles to ensure alignment across multiple cross-functional teams.
