📋 Description
• Create an engaged, high-performing community where members consistently show up, participate, and support one another • Become the trusted voice inside our member Facebook groups, creating conversations that drive action and accountability • Welcome new members and establish community rituals that encourage long-term engagement • Review member work including sales letters, job ads, pricing documents, sales scripts, marketing campaigns, and operational documents • Provide expert feedback while encouraging meaningful peer-to-peer coaching and collaboration • Run multiple live Q&A coaching sessions each week, facilitating discussions that deliver practical outcomes
🎯 Requirements
• Have coaching experience and know how to challenge people while making them feel supported • Have strong business knowledge across sales, marketing, pricing, recruitment, operations, or running successful trade businesses • Can confidently review business documents and provide practical, actionable feedback • Are an excellent facilitator who can confidently lead live group coaching sessions • Think in systems and long-term member experience rather than simply reacting to comments • Hold high standards while creating an environment where people feel comfortable asking for help
