• Deliver a consistently exceptional product experience and drive sustainable growth. • Lead the development of our Central Reservation System (CRS) product. • Create a comprehensive customer acquisition and retention strategy driven by data. • Use AI-powered insights and analytics to identify optimization opportunities. • Conduct continuous product discovery in collaboration with the UX team. • Translate strategy into pragmatic roadmaps guiding product development. • Navigate complex discussions with business stakeholders. • Establish clear success criteria for product initiatives. • Foster strong stakeholder partnerships and communication.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a higher product leadership role. • Proven track record as an advocate for a product-driven approach and product mindset. • Developing hotel distribution-management systems including channel managers, central reservation systems (CRS), or RMS systems. • Developing and managing scalable SaaS platforms that connect multiple products and user types. • Passionate about leveraging AI to create smarter, more personalized products and services. • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and technologies for market research and rapid product prototyping. • Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple stakeholders. • Highly developed communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation abilities) in English and Polish (minimum C1 level required). • Deep understanding of Agile product development processes.
