📋 Description

• Own the relationship with key clients end-to-end, including partnerships, difficult conversations, negotiations, conflict de-escalation, expectation management, and timely communication • Independently run strategic and demanding client accounts • Diagnose escalations and critical situations, propose solutions, make decisions within remit, and coordinate resolution efforts • Maintain SEO delivery quality across the team and support specialists on difficult cases • Contribute to SEO strategy for demanding clients and flag project risks early • Serve as the first point of contact for specialists on client-related matters • Unblock project issues, support preparation for challenging meetings and presentations, and mentor specialists on client communication • Identify, design, and roll out improved team processes • Standardise client and internal communication practices • Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager by reporting material risks with recommendations and taking on operational ownership

🎯 Requirements

• Strong, hands-on SEO knowledge and a track record of running client projects • Proven ability to independently manage demanding clients • Experience juggling and prioritising multiple parallel workstreams • Ability to assess risk, make decisions, and act under pressure • Confident, assertive communication and comfort leading difficult conversations • Ability to influence without formal authority • Proactive, self-directed ownership mindset focused on solving problems
