📋 Description

• Work directly with the founders • Support the founding team in day-to-day operations • Analyze new markets and locations across Europe to support expansion decisions • Support business development and sales activities • Acquire new B2B customers and partners • Prepare meetings and accompany the founders in strategic discussions • Create professional presentations (pitch decks) and reports for investors and partners • Identify inefficiencies in day-to-day operations • Test new tools, including AI-powered solutions • Help the organization scale more intelligently

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Tourism Management, or a comparable field (advanced Bachelor's or Master's degree), or an ambitious career changer with an entrepreneurial mindset • An exceptional get-things-done attitude and the ability to find solutions independently • Strong analytical skills and an enjoyment of working with data • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets • A strong eye for excellent presentation design • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills • Ideally, initial experience in a startup, consulting, or project management
