📋 Description

• Customer support for clients via tickets, corporate WhatsApp and telephone calls. • Gathering requirements for training. • Virtual training sessions for our internal and external clients. • Preparation of manuals.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in controllership (accounting, tax, SPED). • Experience with ERP software. • Computer proficiency. • Interpersonal skills. • Quick learner. • Degree in Accounting. • Proactivity. • Ability to maintain good working relationships. • Good communication skills. • Experience in delivering ECD and ECF. • Experience with the Iniflex ERP (proprietary software).
