📋 Description
• Define strategy for Supply Data Science and lead analytical foundations to optimize participant supply • Work across acquisition, onboarding, liquidity, matching, and engagement • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to create roadmap of models, experiments, and decision systems
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in experimentation, causal inference, statistical modeling, forecasting, and marketplace or product analytics • Strong technical lead with strong judgment • Experience in algorithmic work such as matching, ranking, optimization, allocation, or decision systems is valuable
