📋 Description

• team up with internal stakeholders for smooth IT project execution • define, analyze, validate, and document business needs • perform business process design and requirements definition • define and document requirements for process changes and development needs • analyze and prioritize enhancement requests • communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients • act as a liaison between functional teams and technical resources • provide functional requirements to development team and perform QA testing • manage scope and requirements throughout the project life cycle • assist in operational roll out and user training for new functionality and tools

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, or related field • 5+ years of experience with Business Analysis for software systems and applications • proven experience interpreting customers' business needs • Previous experience with ERP implementations, especially in a manufacturing organization • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication skills and excellent customer service orientation • Detail orientated and well organized • High degree of reliability and timely completion of tasks • Ability to travel up to 50%
