📋 Description

• Developing dashboards and reporting capabilities to support the CLS Business line, including Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and the Project Management Office (PMO) • Providing regular reports and analyses on topics central to Integrated Business Planning (IBP) • Improving business processes by analyzing complex datasets, creating compelling visualizations to communicate insights effectively and translating into clear actionable recommendations • Support strategic projects with analytical support to drive data-driven decisions that improve business outcomes, requiring broad analyses crossing functional boundaries including supply chain, commercial, service, marketing, and finance • Driving data governance across IBP; ensuring a single set of numbers across all forums • Engaging cross-functionally to identify, collate, and integrate data sources that provide insights to drive business line strategy and enable scenario planning • Fulfilling ad-hoc requests in support of Integrated Business Planning, Strategic Projects, and other key business processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related fields • 3-5 years of experience working cross-functionally in data analysis, business intelligence or IBP/S&OP environments • High proficiency in SQL, Excel (PowerQuery/PowerPivot) and data visualization tools (PowerBI) • Highly organized, with analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Able to utilize operational and business acumen to frame problems and structure analyses • Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills to effectively present ideas and recommendations to diverse audiences • Must be able to collaborate in a team environment and across functional boundaries • Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated • Willing to travel as necessary and appropriate, including internationally
