âą Support key HR, administrative, and IT coordination processes âą Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes using established checklists âą Maintain employee and contractor records, including internal directories and org charts âą Assist with basic employee inquiries and route questions to the appropriate contacts âą Track key employee data such as start dates, terminations, and role changes âą Review and track state-level communications and escalate when needed âą Coordinate payment calculations with the Accounting team âą Create and deactivate user accounts based on approved requests âą Manage email distribution lists and aliases âą Provide basic Tier 1 support, including password resets and access troubleshooting, and escalate issues as needed âą Assist with meeting scheduling and administrative coordination âą Maintain shared trackers related to onboarding, offboarding, and access logs âą Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support daily operations âą Prepare recurring reports such as open headcounts and departmental headcounts âą Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational data
âą Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal âą 2+ years of experience in administrative, operations, HR support, or similar roles âą Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail âą Experience working with remote teams, preferably U.S.-based âą Comfortable following structured processes and checklists âą Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools such as Slack or Teams âą Availability to work during EST business hours âą High level of discretion when handling sensitive information
