• Source and place candidates into engineering, product, and operating roles at high-growth startups • Manage your pipeline end to end • Build relationships with candidates • Move candidates through to close • Earn a % for every successful placement with no cap

• Must be hungry and willing to be persistent • Open to cold calling/ texting candidates on a consistent basis • Strong people skills and ability to connect with candidates
