📋 Description

• Drive discovery, translate business goals into system designs, and create architecture diagrams • Architect and develop full stack web applications, integrations, and backend systems • Partner closely with Project Managers to ensure project plans remain aligned • Serve as the primary technical leader for assigned client engagements • Lead client discovery sessions, requirements workshops, architecture reviews, and solution discussions • Proactively manage client expectations and identify risks early

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in full stack software development • 3+ years leading developer teams and managing technical delivery • Experience in architecture/delivery from concept → MVP → production • Proficiency in Python and Node.js • Familiarity with React • Excellent communication and client-facing skills • Ability to balance technical excellence, team leadership, and stakeholder management
