⢠Location: Remote (must work US time zone hours) ⢠Language Requirement: Fluent in spoken and written English ⢠Proven experience running campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Search, YouTube, TikTok, and native advertising platforms ⢠Analytical, math-driven mindset ⢠Experience building, scaling, and optimizing multi-channel ad campaigns ⢠Ability to implement tracking pixels, conversion events, and custom configurations ⢠Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, native DSPs ⢠Experience performing A/B and multivariate testing ⢠Experience managing 6 figure monthly budgets across multiple channels ⢠Experience with statistical analysis for performance data ⢠Autonomous, ownership mentality, startup DNA
